I was excited when I first heard about Nerium’s partnership with Signum Biosciences and bringing EHT to market. I was also excited as the launch date approached to be able to get my hands on the product and see for myself if the excitement and promises were warranted.
I started reading up on the product and even looked at a few scientific papers on PP2A, to get a handle on what this might do for my brain and cognitive functions. One of the challenges I have is my inability to focus and stick with a task without a million interruptions. Let’s just say the scene in Disney’s “Up” where the dog gets distracted by Squirrel’s, can be me sometimes.
Once EHT became available for a prelaunch I ordered it right away and couldn’t wait to try it. Below is my personal experience after taking it for 20 days, starting May 24th. Keep in mind I am not a scientist and I simply kept a semi regular log on how I was feeling as I was taking the product.
Before I took the product I kept a log just to see what I was feeling like for a few days, starting May 16th.
Today I woke up really tired today is May 16 and I’m just exhausted, also had a hard time figure out how to change the shower spout to sprayer. I have to pick up some customers here in about 20 minutes and just real foggy today so I’m hoping EHT will be a fog lifter.
Feeling pretty good, was able to get some sleep and luckily have a day off. I feel pretty refreshed, but some days I think I’m burned out from working too many days in a row and days off are so sacred now. Don’t always feel like I can function at a high level with a busy schedule. 5:17 pm, sun is out and feels like nap time. Been a lazy day and no energy. Sitting in car at grocery store just cruising web as I really feel too tired to drive.
Slept really bad, maybe it was steak dinner at 6 PM. Feeling a bit fuzzy this morning and trying to psche myself up for the day but not able to pull much energy out to get moving.
Had to pulled over for a nap in the PM after work and slept 45 minutes.
- Started taking EHT on May 24
First day after EHT feel good and a bit more alert, but this is only the first day so I’ll see where it takes me. Hoping I’ll be able to cut through this fog and sluggishness that I feel.
Didnt get much sleep the previous night and woke up very sluggish and not thrilled about starting the day early. However, throughout the day I was very alert and super focused, almost laser focused which surprised me. I felt like I didn’t jump from one though to another as much. Not sure why that might be but it was a nice surpise. This is my third day of being on EHT.
Almost a week on EHT and I have been feeling more alert lately and seem to be able to focus and get through some of the tasks I need to get done. I do find that I am a bit tired right around 3:30 everyday but I sleep like a rock every night. My sleep pattern has really improved but I am waking up extremely tired, but after a half hour of waking I am ready to go.
I have seen a huge improvement in clarity and able to really focus well and sleep like a baby every night. The only thing I have a challenge with is being sleepy right around 3:00-3:30 everyday. Tomorrow I am going to take EHT in the evening and see if that improves things.
This is the third day I started taking EHT in the evening between 6 and 7 PM and what a huge difference. I still sleep great every night, but wake up without being so tired and I no longer feel like a need a nap midday. My clarity and focus has been wonderful lately. I can sit down and focus on a project and see it through to the end. I also finished a book that I have been reading off and on since Christmas. I went through over 100 pages at one sitting and finally finished it.
Dont know if its the beautiful Seattle weather, but I feel very clear and focused each day. Looking all the way back to May 16th and talking about being foggy, I haven’t experienced that in a couple of weeks and each day I am almost hyper focused on things that used to get me distracted. I almost done with a second book I have wanted to finish and have burned through 150 pages in two days. Took me six months to read that much before EHT.
I first started taking it in the morning after breakfast and felt especially tired in the afternoon. But my sleep patterns were really good, though I woke a bit tired until about a half hour after waking up. Once I moved to taking it in the evening, everything improved, not feeling tired midday anymore and my clarity and focus is what I had hoped for. From a business sense, I am in front of people all day and have to command their attention for hours. When doing so I feel confident, focused and engaged without distractions and also feel that my mind doesn’t wander when engaging with them. Its nice to have the focus back, but I also feel more confidence, which I didn’t expect. I also love that I sleep so soundly at night too, that’s been a huge bonus allowing me to feel rested in the morning.
So far this product has lived up to the claims and I’ll admit I was a bit cautious in what it could do. Just keep in mind that it takes a bit of time to work and stick with it for at least 20 days like I have. You will not have instant results after a day or two, your body doesn’t work that way. Based on my experience you will see gradual results and improvements and I suggest taking it in the evening after 5 PM.
